Step 1: You Reach Out. We’re Ready.

The moment you submit an inquiry on our website, the experience begins.

You’re immediately redirected to our scheduler to book your Discovery Call — no waiting for an email reply, no back-and-forth to find a time. Within minutes, you have a confirmed spot on the calendar and a confirmation email in your inbox with everything you need to prepare.

Behind the scenes, your information is organized and ready for us to review before we ever say hello. When we show up to that call, we already know who you are and what you’re looking for.

Step 2: The Discovery Call — Strategy First, Always

The Discovery Call is 30 minutes. It’s not a sales call. It’s a strategy conversation.

We want to understand your business, your goals, and what’s not working right now. We’ll walk you through exactly what our process looks like and show you a live demo site — not just screenshots — so you can see the quality of work and the systems we build before you commit to anything.

By the end of the call, you’ll know whether we’re the right fit. And if we are, the next steps are simple and clear.

Step 3: Your Agreement and First Payment — Simple and Professional

Once we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a link to review and sign your agreement.

When you submit your signed agreement, you’ll immediately receive a welcome email with two things: your Content Workbook link and your payment link. Everything in one place, one click away.

When your first payment is submitted, you’re officially a JoLi client. Your project is created in our system, and we begin tracking everything from that moment forward.

No manual invoices chasing you down. No “did you get the email I sent?” No confusion about what’s next.

Step 4: Your Content Workbook

Before we build a single page, we need your input — and your Content Workbook is how we get it.

It’s a guided document that walks you through everything we need to create a website that actually reflects your business: your messaging, your services, your brand, your goals. It’s not overwhelming. It’s structured, step-by-step, and designed to feel manageable even if writing isn’t your thing.

We know life gets busy, so we’ve built in gentle reminders that go out automatically if you need a nudge. Once you’ve submitted your workbook, you’ll receive a link to schedule your Kickoff Call — and we’ll know you’re ready.

Step 5: Your Kickoff Call — Where the Build Begins

By the time we get on your Kickoff Call, the logistics are done. Agreement signed. Payment made. Workbook complete.

This call is purely about alignment. We’ll review your goals, confirm brand direction, walk through the site plan, and set your target launch date together. When we hang up, we’re both clear on exactly what we’re building and why.

Then we get to work.

Step 6: The Active Project — You’re Never in the Dark

Once the build begins, you’ll have a dedicated Client Portal in Notion — your home base for everything related to your project.

Inside your portal, you can see:

  • Your project task list, organized by phase so you always know where we are
  • Key milestones and your target launch date
  • Shared assets and resources — brand files, content, links, all in one place
  • A message center where you can leave notes, ask questions, or share feedback between calls

No more digging through email threads to find what was decided. No more wondering what’s been done and what’s coming next. Everything lives in one place, and it’s always up to date.

Communication During the Build

Here’s what communication looks like when you’re an active client:

  • Weekly progress updates so you know exactly what was completed and what’s next
  • Design reviews at key milestones — we’ll request your feedback at specific points in the process, not just whenever
  • Email for documentation, calls when a conversation is faster or more effective
  • Clear revision rounds built into the timeline so there are no surprises about what’s included

We respond to emails within 24 hours during active project phases. If something is urgent, you’ll always know how to reach us.

Project Timelines

We know timeline is one of the first questions people ask. Here’s what to expect:

Both GoFluent Launch System™ tiers have a typical project timeline of 3–4 weeks from Kickoff Call to launch. The scope of what’s included differs between tiers — but we move efficiently through both.

The GoLive Sprint™ is a 1-week intensive — built for clients who are ready to move fast and have their content ready to go.

Timelines are set collaboratively at your Kickoff Call based on your launch goals and content readiness. We hold to them because we respect your time — and ours.
