After we chat, if you’re on board, you’ll sign the agreement, pay your deposit and we’ll go from there. Sometimes it’s nice to put in text just to get an idea of how text will fill in a space on your website.

How Are We Going To Work Together?
Communication
All communication will be through email or Google Chat. I (Lisa) check my email and chat twice a day (AM and PM) and do my best to respond within 24 hours.
Business Hours
Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10a-5p CST. We do our best to respond the same day during these times. We do not do client work on Mondays.
Live Calls
During your project there are two one-hour Zoom calls – one to kick off your project and one at the end to wrap things up and go live. All calls need to be scheduled.
Organization
You will receive an invite to our shared Google Drive folder once your deposit is made. This will be used to upload photos, content and anything else needed as part of your web design. You’ll also have access to your Client Portal.
Our Process
If something should arise where there may be a need to deviate from any timeline that is in place, communication is vital. We are in regular communication with you during your design project and you will be kept up to date through each step of the process.
